This unit features a queen bed in its own room, a separate double bunk room, pull-out sofa, dinette area (that converts to another bed), 2 TVs, bathroom with shower and hot water, full kitchen (with microwave, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, sink and coffeemaker), AC and heat, outside canopy and deck. There is a picnic table and fireplace at your site.

Rental Trailer Policies
• Check-in 3:00 PM / Check-out 11:00 AM
• Must be 25 years of age to rent trailers.
• NO SMOKING OR PETS PERMITTED.
• Deposit of one night fee is required to reserve trailer. Holiday weekends must be paid in full at time of reservation. No refunds for early departure, no show or inclement weather. Your deposit is non-refundable on reservations of 7 days or more.
• 2 night minimum on all rental trailers
• 3 night minimum for Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day – 2 night minimum for Halloween Wknds – MUST be paid in Full at time of Reservation
• A $200 security deposit is taken at check in and will be refunded once trailer is inspected and found to have no damage.
• Cash or credit card accepted at time of check-in. No checks accepted at check-in. Taxes and fees included.
• There will be a $35.00 service charge for all returned checks.
• Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of scheduled arrival date. All cancellations have a $15.00 service fee. No refunds for no shows, early departure, inclement weather, etc.
• Please bring your own dishes, pot/pans, bed linens, blankets, pillows & bath towels, etc.
