We would like to make this an enjoyable experience for all campers, so we ask that you abide by the following rules. By registering to stay at Little Red Barn Campgrounds, LLC you and your registered guests are hereby agreeing to abide by all rules and regulations of Little Red Barn Campground.
|• Speed Limit - is
5 MPH in ENTIRE CAMPGROUND. Please keep our children
• Quiet Time - is 10:00 PM to
8:00 AM Daily. Holiday weekends are 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
All children must be with parents at campsite by 10:00
PM. Radios at TVs should not be heard beyond your site.
No loud gatherings or parties. Please be considerate of
• Camp Fires - must
be in the rings provided. NEVER leave a fire unattended
and extinguish before turning in for the night or
• Children -
Parents are responsible for children at all times.
Please do not leave children unattended.
Pets - are permitted at site. All dogs must be
kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your
pet. Do not leave animals unattended.
Swimming Pool - Open Memorial Day Weekend
through Labor Day Weekend. Hours posted by pool. There
is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. All
children (14 years & under) MUST be accompanied be a
responsible adults (a person 21 years or older).
No glass or pets permitted in pool area.
Alcohol Policy - PA legal drinking age is 21 -
this law will be enforced. Alcohol is not permitted in
any common areas.
• Firearms & Fireworks
- are PROHIBITED in campground. This
includes all types of guns, BB guns, paintball guns,
etc. Fireworks are not permitted.
Disruptive Behavior - If the police are called
by the management or another camper, due to disruptive
behavior, this camper or campers will be immediately
required to leave the campground. This includes Seasonal
Campers, with the seasonal agreement becoming void.
There will be no refunds to any person in this
situation. Please do not put yourselves and management
in this situation.
- We are not responsible in the case of theft of RV or
contents thereof; Nor for any damage caused by natural
causes (i.e. tree falling); Nor for spoilage of
refriferator/freezer foods due to loss of electricity.
All activities in the campground are done at the
individual’s free will and Little Red Barn Campground,
LLC will not be responsible for injury to guests or for
loss of money/valuables of any kind.
Visitors - All visitors must register at office
when the arrive and pay a visitors fee. All Day visitors
must leave the campground by 9:00 PM. Visitors pass
includes use al all facilities and activities. Anyone
who enters campground without checking in at office will
be required to leave premises immediately. You are
responsible for the behavior and actions of visitors at
• No Smoking - in any/all
buildings and restrooms. This is PA law.
Bicycles - All children under 12 years old must
wear helmet (PA law). Children must have bikes back at
site before dark. Please do not park bikes in front of
doors or pool gate.
• Office/Store -
Hours are posted on door. Vary by season.
Restrooms - Please removed all personal items
from restrooms. Any articles left in restroom will be
disposed of when restroom is cleaned. Restrooms always
open except for cleaning.
• Game Room/Laundry
Room - will be open same hours as office/store.
• Wood - is for sale at office. There
is NO cutting of trees or branches permitted on
campground or neighbor’s property. PA state law bans
burning of pressure treated woods and moving any type of
wood from other states due to insects.
Propane - to have your propane bottle filled,
request this service at office. Prices posted.
Trash - you can dispose of your trash at the
dumpsters near pavilion or leave at the edge of your
site when you leave and we will pick up.
Water Usage - Washing of cars and RVs is
• Lights - please do not
use more than 2 strings of lights per site. Please turn
off lights before turning in for night or leaving
campground. Please do not place bug lights close to
neighbors camping unit or site.
General Rules Pertaining
to Seasonal Campers and Sites:
electric plugs are to be disconnected at the end of your
paid season unless special arrangements are made with
Lights: Please do not
use more than 2 strings of lights per site. Please turn
off lights before turning in for the night or leaving
Storage Sheds or any Permanent Structures
must be approved by management before installation.
Maintenance of Site: All sites must be
kept neat and clean of debris and in an uncluttered
state. Leaves should be raked off site.
Alterations to Site: Seasonals may not make
changes to site without approval of management.
Campsite Agreement & Subletting: Your
seasonal agreement is between the individuals noted on
agreement and Little Red Barn Campgrounds, LLC. This
agreement DOES NOT entitle any other individuals use of
your camping unit or site. If you are not using your
site, no one else is permitted to use your site or
Sale of Camping Unit:
Your seasonal agreement is not transferrable to another
individual if you sell your RV. All seasonal costs are
non-refundable should you sell your trailer or decide to
leave for any other reason.
We recommend that each seasonal camper purchase their
own individual insurance, as Little Red Barn
Campgrounds, LLC is not responsible for any damage
caused by natural disasters, negligence, theft, or loss
General Compliance to all
Campground Rules: Seasonals must follow all
general rules pertaining to campground.
Little Red Barn Campgrounds, LLC; all management and
employees reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
noncompliant with campground rules and regulations. We
also reserve the right to change Rules & Regulations at
any time to protect the safety of all campers. All
activities in the campground are done at the
individual’s free will and Little Red Barn Campgrounds,
LLC will not be responsible for accidents or injury to
guests, or for loss of money/ valuables of any kind.
